  • Grateful people make people around them (such as their staff) happy by saying “thank you!” with a big smile to them after giving them a helping hand.

Yes, storms of life will show up; you should always try and be grateful even during these storms of life. You can do this by keeping a gratitude journal where you write what you are grateful for on a daily basis.
